Perfect for larger gatherings, corporate events, and celebrations where mingling is part of the magic. Every station is designed with the same farm-to-table care you'd expect from a plated dinner just with the freedom to go back for seconds.

Family Style - $55.00/person
"Pass the Love" - Generous platters of Chef Alexandra's seasonal creations arrive at the table, meant to be shared just like a Sunday dinner only elevated. Guests pass dishes, pour for one another, and linger over the meal together. Ideal for rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, and any occasion where connection is on the menu.

Plated Style - $95.00/person
"Elevated & Effortless" - Each guest receives a beautifully composed plate, timed to perfection and presented with care. Plated service lends a polished, refined atmosphere to weddings, galas, and corporate dinners — letting your guests sit back and be wowed, course after course. Every detail, from portion to garnish, reflects Chef Alexandra's commitment to culinary artistry.

Coursed Style - 95.00/person
"A Journey Through Flavor" - The full Ashland experience. A multi-course progression — from amuse-bouche to dessert — with each dish thoughtfully paced and, if desired, paired with wines from our curated cellar. Perfect for intimate dinner parties, wine events, and guests who want to be taken somewhere memorable. This is Chef Alexandra at her most expressive.
